Life After The Military | Episode 058 | Self-Medicating

Self-medication is common in people with PTSD and other mental health disorders, where drugs or alcohol are used to cope with stress. In this episode, we're going to be talking about the reasons why people self-medicate, the harmful effects it can have on your life and your family, and why it's important to seek help.
